Annual Stickers for Fiscal Year 2026 or Day Passes for use of the facility are available for purchase through June 27, 2026, and can be purchased at the Recycling Center during open hours. An Annual Sticker is $60 for Hardwick residents and $95 for non-residents. A Day Pass is $25. Cash or check payment to The Town of Hardwick accepted. The Hardwick Recycling Center is closed on federal holidays when the actual holiday occurs on a Wednesday or Saturday.
The Center takes clean mattresses for a DEP sponsored recycling program during open hours year- round. The fee is $30 with an Annual Sticker/Day Pass and $35 without either.
A Bulk Waste Day event is usually twice a year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall. An Annual Sticker/Day Pass is not required. Accepted are chairs, sofas, tables, mattresses in any condition, Styrofoam, and other bulky items. Fees are collected to cover hauling and processing with cash or check payment to The Town of Hardwick. The next Bulk Waste Day is April 18, 2026. Volunteers are needed and can contact the Recycling Coordinator for how they can help.
