Please place your ticket and the fine associated with the offense in the orange envelope provided at the time of the offense in the drop box located to the right of the main entrance to the Municipal Building, 307 Main St., Gilbertville, MA, or you can mail your ticket and the fine associated the offense in the orange envelope provided at the time of the offense to Parking Clerk, PO Box 575, Gilbertville, MA 01031.
You have 21 days from the issuance of the ticket to pay the applicable fine. You may request a hearing before the Parking Clerk if you feel the ticket was issued in error. The decision of the Parking Clerk is the final disposition of the issue, the ticket may be forgiven or you will be required to pay the ticket. If no action is taken on your part the ticket will be turned over to the Town's Deputy Tax Collector, which will result in the non-renewal of your driver license or motor vehicle registration until the applicable fine is paid.
