Free lunch at the Senior Center - click for details The Senior Center will follow the Quabbin Regional School District delays and closing schedule. If there is a delay, the Senior Center will be open but there will be no congregate meals. However, there will be Meals on Wheels. Senior Center Director, Betty-Jo O'Brien is available by cell phone to assist you! Whether it is a particular program or resource you are looking for or if you need help in applying for different resources such as fuel assistance, etc. You do NOT have to be a member of the Senior Center in order to receive assistance! Seniors Get Meals Delivered to Your DoorTo start receiving meals delivered to your door simply call Elder Services of Worcester Area intake/referral at (508) 852-3205 Ext. 590 and let them know that you are interested in Nutrition Services “Meals on Wheels” program. The Nutrition Services staff will take your information and get you registered to receive delivery of prepared meals. A donation of $2.50 is requested per meal, however, if you are unable to pay a donation please let them know. Here is a link to their website with additional info: |
