In accordance with M.G.L. c.40A s.5, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 6:30 at the Hardwick Elementary School for the purpose of deciding whether or not to recommend to Town Meeting, an amendment to the Town of Hardwick zoning bylaws. This proposed zoning bylaw amendment (see link below) was submitted by Casella Waste Systems for the purpose of reopening and expanding the solid waste landfill on Patrill Hollow Road. Those who wish to submit a comment prior to the public hearing for the Planning Board to take into consideration, can do so at: planningboard [at] townofhardwick.com.
